Our Goal is Your Success

At Configure One, we want you to be completely self-sufficient at implementing and maintaining your CPQ application. That’s why we provide in-depth, standard and custom training. Our Configure One Administrator and Super User training curriculum combine formal classroom learning and informal, subject-specific mentoring. They are held at our Oak Brook, Illinois, USA facility (near Chicago) and our Essex, United Kingdom facility (near London).

Configurator Requirements Assessment

Not sure if Configure One CPQ is right for you? Configure One can conduct a risk-free assessment to determine the impact of an enterprise product configurator on your business.

The assessment includes onsite sessions with Configure One personnel, who work with you to analyze your company’s existing and desired quote-to-production process. Together, we can determine if an enterprise product configurator is right for your business and, most important, how it can improve your bottom line.

If requested, Configure One can also provide a detailed analysis of our CPQ software and services that would be required to meet your company’s needs.

Configurator Software Customizations

Many companies use Configure One without changes to the core application. However, if your unique business requirements cannot be addressed by standard Configure One, there are excellent choices for delivering custom configurator functionality.

Our API makes it simple to modify most areas of Configure One’s functionality. This API is designed and documented to give our customers’ programmers and technical staff the ability to be self-sufficient at delivering and maintaining custom configurator features. Of course, when customers prefer, we can handle their software customizations in a completely turnkey fashion.

For us, a successful implementation is one that meets all your objectives and has the least impact possible, enabling a smooth migration path to new versions of the software.
